Professional Volunteering

Members of Nest’s Artisan Guild may face a number of business challenges, and as micro and small enterprises they often struggle to find and afford expert support. Whether they’re working alongside artisans onsite or leveraging technology to collaborate across borders, Nest’s network of professional fellows and skilled volunteers bring targeted consulting and support to our growing community of creative entrepreneurs and enterprises.

To me, as a volunteer, seeing that our work together has an impact is very important and gratifying. As I am very hands on, and put a lot of effort into customizing the sessions for [Nashira Arnó Studio], it was great to see how receptive she was and how she put in the effort to do the required work too. It was an excellent first experience with Nest for me.”

Employee Engagement Opportunities

Nest’s Employee Engagement program is a way for brands, corporations, and foundations actively partnering with Nest to deepen their impact by engaging their teams to develop meaningful skill-based resources and or provide mentorship to artisan entrepreneurs.

Nest curates programs for corporate and institutional partners to meet their engagement needs and leverage the unique expertise of their teams. From virtual workshops and pop-ups, to onsite mentorship and multi-day summits, these programs are a great way to multiply impact for our core supporters.

Employee Giving

Did you know companies experience 57% lower employee turnover when they engage their employees in giving and 86% of employees want the opportunity to participate in corporate giving?

Nest’s mission resonates with many employees as we offer individuals and teams unique, easy ways to give back to creative communities at home and around the world. Find us on Benevity or email us at partnerships@buildanest.org to learn more about workplace giving opportunities.
